  • WOW! I can truly say I am blown away by my GREAT experience at Tower of Jewels today! I brought in a ring that has an invisible setting that I needed fixed. The invisible setting is a unique setting and many jewelers find it difficult to work with. I was very nervous about leaving my ring with someone....not all Jewelers have the experience but also the trust factor for me is huge. When I entered the store on Sahara I was greeted and was assisted by a very helpful, kind and friendly staff member (long blonde curly hair) ... I don't know how I got so lucky, but the owner, Jack Weinstein suddenly appeared and all I can say is that from that moment on I felt 100% comfortable knowing that I would have this Legendary Jeweler (they have been in business for over 50 years) to be trusted with my ring. Mr. Weinstein pointed to the sign as he spoke to me (a pledge or mission statement) that said something to the effect of "We value our customers for over 50 years and do everything possible to make them happy". I am para-phrasing but that is the gist of it. I left my ring that day and was told it may take 7 days to fix. It was fixed in 3. This is the kind of service everyone is looking for. This family owned business shows personal attention to detail and to their customers. They just made another loyal customer and raving fan from me. I can see why they have been in business so long. Go see them for all your jewelry needs....they also specialize in making custom exquisite jewelry. Even if it's out of the way for you, make the trip! Thank you Jack Weinstein & Tower of Jewels!
