  • My AC went out last summer, yes in the hottest week of the year. Elite gave me by far the best quote and warranty of several I interviewed. They delivered my new Trane the next day. Quality installation and a great energy efficient unit.. Just today 3/18 on a blustery Sunday, its 41ยช outside and I need to turn the heat back on. No heat. Call Elite and they were right on it. It was a bad wire from the thermostat. Fixed quickly and no charge. Yes their warranty is even good on a Sunday, I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I have been in Las Vegas for over 30 years and have heard some horror stories with air conditioner replacements. These guys are the real deal.
