  • The plane stewardess are rude, and the company lost my baggage (which was only one gray bag.) My luggage was with my friends luggage whose didn't get lost. The luggage claim associate was very rude. She basically told me I was screwed. Don't fly United Airline. This is my second time on a plane and it will be my last on United Airlines. Thanks for the complimentary drink and snack because it was totally worth my luggage. From the bottom of my heart I don't know how you keep any customers. -Daniel M. Yelp Marketing Intern
