  • Made an appointment and go in. Found out that just because you have an appointment doesn't mean that you will be seen in a timely manner. You might as well just walk in. Also, their system has been down which they did not bother to call and inform me ahead of time. Since their system is down they can't double check to make sure I don't have an outstanding balance so they won't honor my appointment or do the testing.
