  • It's taken me a few years to write this review and I generally don't even write reviews but I'm still annoyed at what happened. I was on a trip to montreal heading back to toronto with a few hours to kill. I had lost my bank card and couldn't deal with in montreal so all I had was the cash on me which wasn't much. I remember spending over $25 including some tea and when I asked for more hot water, they wouldn't give it to me. Normally I wouldn't care so much but seeing as I had a lot of time to kill and almost no money, this time it mattered. Had the place been busy I would have really understood but it was dead and I'm actually doing them a huge favour by being there. Also being in hospitality for as long as I have, who the hell doesn't give more water...NO ONE DOES THAT! FAIL!
