  • Have nothing but good things to say about DK and this location. We will go out of our way to rent here, even if there is another branch next door to where we live. They will explain everything quite clearly upon check-in. From the gas gauge to the walk-through. Mr. Bought Too Much Gas from the previous review was either not paying attention or is illiterate and couldn't be bothered to even look at the pictures in the contract (for crying out loud, they give you a chart that explains exactly how many gallons to replace based on the current state of the tank - they even use a highlighter to illustrate it as they explain it to you) - either way, he's blaming them for his inability to follow simple instructions. He deserves to be out the dough. Thankfully, they won't have to deal with the likes of him again. We have rented from them multiple times with zero problems. Excellent customer service. We have even driven across the valley to rent from them when the closer branch dropped the ball. If there is any badmouthing of other branches, it's because this one has had to clean up their messes. They've done it twice for us. That's why we just go straight here now. Most likely the badmouthing came from another customer, not the staff. I have always found the staff courteous and on the ball, even when DK is not there. BTW, DK loves dogs and my Golden lives to visit any chance she gets.
