  • Worst place ever! Do not think about signing a lease. I've had wonderful rental history but this place will nickel and dime you. Maintance takes forever. They Don't Repair ANYTHING Correctly. It takes them months just to fix something. The people in the office is very unpleasant. They will not work with you or even show concern. I do not recommend to live here. Save your money. The legends up the street are starting at 800 for rent 1300sqft. Boulders started at 895, then 920 now it's 1055 for 1072sqft. Save your money! They raise rent every year. New management sucks! Not one nice person in that office!
