rev:text	The shoe bag has been around at the same location on Eglinton from time immemorial for me selling a concise, seasonal collection of footwear, at varying prices, as well as footwear accessories like socks and leather cleaners and, I believe,a small collection of handbags as well. While the store does carry winter boots, their selection is not as full as what you might find elsewhere both in price and in brand range. They are more of a mid to high end shop for this item, and I have been more successful at the Shoe Company for winter boots which are to me more of a utility than a fashion item. If, however, you are looking for Stewart Weitzman, Acqua Italia or La Canadienne winter boots you will find some of those pieces here. The store design is very pleasant and comfortable and the customer service is excellent. The sales associates that I have encountered on a recent shop were lovely-very patient and understanding so that I never felt rushed, and with good product knowledge, which is appropriate as no refunds are issued on any purchases here-only store credits-and sales items are all final sale. I was lucky to get my hands on a pair of stunning stewart weitzman sandles at more than 50% off from a few seasons back. Unfortunately, I am told this line will soon no longer be carried at The Shoe Bag. You will however continue to find well edited collections from cole haan, vince camuto, sam edelman, franco sarto and other similarly priced brands and some pretty good sales and promotions from time to time.
