  • If I can give them a negative, I will. I wont even put a star because they're beyond that. Worst service, worst quality of work you can ever get. Save your money! You think you get a better deal with this company, but you're not. They were beyond late on their scheduled appointment and not giving you any courtesy call. The staff is always on the phone talking and texting while cleaning the floor,( supposedly) but he doesn't know how to clean it right. Dirt on the grout was still there. I thought the grout will be cleaner and whiter like it was before. He cleaned the floor for about 15-20 minutes for an area of 650-700 sqft (the first stage of the whole process) because he stops all the time and go out to talk and text and missed a lot of spot and dirt on the grout. Travertine floor was not shiny as I expected it to be compared to other company I hired before. It is very dull and it's horrible. I wasted money and time to have this done. You will save time and money to hire another company because the work will be done right and to your expectation. It might show a higher price but you will be happier and satisfied. Be aware, be careful and read all the recent reviews because they are all telling the truth. I gave the company a benefit of the doubt after I read the reviews and still hire them but I should have followed their advices. Spend a little more money to hire another company and you will be satisfied. Don't waste your hard earned money.
