  • As a dad of three adopted challenged kids, now adults I try hard to teach them how to do things. Occasionally I listen to them. Sadly after of weeks of complaints about the AC not turning on (Arg) I asked NV Energy for to check my thermostats. After waiting weeks, they show up. I tell them the problem, they said the upstairs unit is old, sending too many amps to the thermostat. It's going to go out any minute you need to have the unit serviced, and or replaced. I filed a report with the home warranty. Chis with ACLV took the time to check out both units, and then... showed me how to use the thermostat the right way so it will work. (I feel so stupid) I can't believe NV Energy could not take the time to do the same thing. Chris was awesome, and great at handling an eight foot ladder, around dozens of moving boxes, paintings, and all my grandmothers fragile stuff all the way upstairs to my closet and back down again. ACLV help me square the issue with my landlord. ACLV had the perfect opportunity (and NV energy's help) to call for a new unit. Instead they went with honest, and being trustworthy, and for me that puts them above way the rest. As long as I live in Las Vegas ACLV will be the only company I will use for heating and cooling. Awesome Company. Awesome way to conduct business.
