  • I have shopped exclusively at Bashas since moving to Gilbert 10 years ago. Not because they had the best meat and produce, and not because they had the best prices, but because the store was consistently clean and the personnel was always warm and friendly. Well things have deteriorated over the last couple of years, and markedly so over the last six months. I hung in there as long as I could but today was the last straw. Gone is the warm and friendly, and the last several visits bordered on outright contempt. Gee I'm sorry to have bothered you, it won't happen again.
