| - Evidently, the two other reviewers had a good experience with the office staff. I did not. The actual laser treatments were indeed good, and, in fact, I would still be a patient at this facility if it were not for the complete lack of respect and the hostile attitudes of the reception area staff. It's too bad that they do not have any customer service skills, or that they have abandoned them. After having a very upsetting experience during the traction therapy the last time I visited, (loudly, another patient on the next table stayed on his cell phone the entire time while I kept my fingers in my ears trying to avoid hearing both sides of the conversation but to no avail), and, the staff members, seeing this, hearing this, did not ask him to end the call. There is no other sensible conclusion to make but that they were not caring or respectful of my discomfort. Therefore, I quit going. Since then, over the course of the past month, my attorney has made several attempts to find and receive the final bill so that he may settle the insurance lien. Again, the office staff has made promises to send it but failed to do so. It is not only unprofessional but infuriating, and, from my experience dealing with the staff - it is intentional. In conclusion, I would say that if you are considering this business for your back treatments, don't do it unless you have no other health problems which may cause you to have to reschedule or miss appointments. (In my case, I had 2 heart surgeries and a few other doctor appointments, and, one time, the flu that caused me to have to miss appointments.) When I returned for treatments, I was met with a lecture of admonishments for not going as frequently as the office staff expected me to be there. It did not matter that I had other serious health problems. The staff reacted quite like bullies on the playground with sarcasm and hostility. In all my years having physical therapy, (2 back surgeries), and an extensive medical history, I have never experienced such intolerable arrogance by medical office personnel.
