What a HORRIBLE experience!!!
Our entire experience was awful. The fact that we had to have over 10 keys givin to us and none of them ever worked perfectly. It was so inconvenient. Our room was NOT close to the lobby and we have a baby. Walking in 110 degree heat with an infant was just awful:(
When we asked for help (upon check in) with our bags, it took almost 30 minutes for someone to show up with a dolly. And instead of offering any help the man left it there, without saying one word to us and walked away. He offered NO help. Once again, we have a baby.
Our room smelled like literal SHIT. It was so disgusting. It smelled like sewage was backing up through our pipes. I told Kyle at the front desk and he never offered to change our room or anything. NOT HELPFUL.
The wifi never worked in our room. I told the front desk twice and the woman working told us to call the 1-800 number. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We are PAYING guests at your hotel. Why should WE call the 1-800 number. That's YOUR job. Not OURS. We are on vacation and have a child we are attending to. We DO NOT have the TIME nor should we (as guests) have to do that.
We were not treated like guests.
I have emailed 3 times now and put in a phone call. I have been completely ignored. So rude!
