rev:text	Okay. So my issue isn't with their ability to fix a problem, it's with their pricing tactics. Overview: Five stars for them finding and fixing the problem and coming out the same day. Minus 3 stars for them charging me $100 for 10 minutes of work and for being greedy enough to charge $35 more to remove a cap, instead of being honest and showing me what it was and having me do it myself and charge just the diagnostic fee. Plus one star for them answering the phone at 4am and coming out that same morning. Full Review: My new dishwasher wasn't draining, called these guys. Over the phone I was quoted 65$ for a diagnostic and if I chose them it would pay to fix the drainage problem. Turns out I was just dumb and when I installed my new garbage disposal, I forgot to take a cap off so the water wasn't getting pumped through. He found the cap, took it off and was done in 10 minutes. Then charged 100$ for labor. Which is funny since there was not really any labor. I called and asked why the price difference, and he told me if he finds the problem and fixes it, he charges the same amount regardless of the work done. I should have had him find it, tell me where/what the problem was, then I would have paid the $65.00 diagnostic fee and taken the cap off myself. So five stars for them finding and fixing the problem and coming out the same day.
