This dealership might be the worst. My dad bought a car from them and they tried to screw him but he didn't let it happen. I went in there and told them upfront of my situation.
Jacob the initial person knew my entire situation and was helpful at first but he is only the middle man. The first manager I spoke to Michael brought out some crazy numbers. They advertise fake prices and when you call them on it they basically find ways to not give it to you. They came out and finally said they were going to give me all the incentives but I had to sign right there. I told them i was selling my car on Monday and I would be in. They told me well the deal may or may not be there. Then on the way out. Michael boss Steve stopped me and we talked about what it would take to make a deal and looked at my car he said he would call me. Shocker he didn't. I followed up with Jacob and they quoted me some off the wall number and told me well it's always different when your here. Well I was there for a few hours and think they would ha e figured it out. They put some paper out saying if they can get the price you will do the deal. I came on straight forward and was hoping I would receive the same treatment.
This dealership is slow for a reason and that's because they are terrible. Please stay away from this place and all the scams they are about. I would trust nothing about this dealership and all their fake advertising and terrible closing attempts made my mike and Stephen trying to make you think they want to close a deal.
