Where do I begin! From the first phone call to make my pup's appointment, Sara was super friendly & helpful. When we got there we were greeted warmly by both Sara & Dr Gayle--I didn't even know at first that Dr Gayle was Dr Gayle when she spoke to me bc she was just so down to earth & friendly--most other animal professionals are great with pets but not so much with humans. I had a good feeling from the start. My puppy is brand new & I am new in town so I was happy to feel so welcome. Our health check went well & we scheduled our spay appt & got her rabies shot--which didn't even make my puppy cry! Dr Gayle was very gentle & Sara distracted her with peanut butter. After we left, my dog started having bad diarrhea & there was even blood in it I called in the morning & even though they were completely booked, they saw us right away & had told me to bring a sample. Turns out my poor pup had Giardia & had just started shedding. (She likely came with the parasite) So naturally I was freaking out bc I have two other dogs at home that I was afraid would catch it, & then Dr Gayle told me that me and my 18 month old daughter could get it too. When she said that I basically began to cry from stress & she knew I was overwhelmed (my husband had just left town that morning) She didn't miss a beat & told Sara to take Lucy, that they'd keep her the next 48hrs. They truly went above & beyond for us. Not only is my puppy now back at home healthy, but we're all healthy! They truly care about your pet & you. I come in with my daughter & we're always chaotic but they don't mind & in fact make us feel completely welcome. I'm rambling now but as if this wasn't enough, their costs were more than fair. I feel so lucky to have found the most amazing veterinarian & recommend them to everyone!
