  • Beware!!! Rooms & grounds are beautiful, BUT service is soooo less than desired. No daily tidy up of room with new towels or coffee, even if you ask (we did 4 times in one day) you may not get it. No screens on some windows, slider screen was torn out & didn't lock, cock roaches in room, phone didn't work & hand held sprayer in the jacuzzi tub had a torn line which sent water spraying all over our room (soaking our bed) before we could shut it down!! The staff seemed very complacent to our concerns, almost unconcerned. Many more complaints to mention... We will not stay here again!
