  • The ER was excellent. Very efficent .. Observation Unit Nurse Supervisor had very little people skills and no compassion for patients. Had to ask three times for a portable potty chair. The regular nurse said she forgot about it.. Very unprofessional. Was transferred to another shared room within a day with no explaination.. Observation Unit day Supervisor Nurse didnt feel she had to explain anything to patients. Unfortunate to say the least. The shared room was very small facing the door.. no room for anything but a bed ... potty chair was facing guests of the other patient's side and in front of open door. Due to patient need for immediate need of a potty chair this room was not appropiate but the Observation Unit Supervisor Nurse could care less. Fortunately the new location 5G Unit Nurse Supervisor recognized the issue and transferred us to a private room. The doctors were caring and helpful and most of the nurses and sides were ok. The Observation Unit Nurse Supervisor was very bad and totally unfriendly and/or helpful. Very unprofessional person.
