  • So just to be honest we haven't technically gotten any services besides a free quote done by Ideal Energy but after having NUMEROUS air conditioning repair guys out I just had to review to say how thorough and professional Tanner was. Some of the guys today didn't even look in our attic, let alone measure our windows. Tanner, however, provided pictures and gave me more information than any other company. I wish I had the ladies name who called us from Ideal bc she was also thorough and professional but she mostly spoke with my husband. Having dealt with a home warranty who doesn't want to replace our unit, the multiple techs that they've sent out who also didn't want to do the work, and then the guys who have been out all day today giving us quotes, I can quite honestly say it was an absolute pleasure getting a quote from Ideal Energy. It seems like more than a few guys know we live in AZ and pretty much have no other choice (especially when your ac poops out and you're in a 89-94 degree house). Thank you again, if you haven't just gotten a new client, you have definitely gained a new cheerleader! UPDATE: we went with Ideal and are very happy with their services. We would suggest them to anyone in the future.
