  • Got there on a Monday. Huge line out there he door and the place only had a few people helping at the counter. They are busy, I get it. The problem was that they kept answering phones and helping callers instead of helping the people already waiting in the lobby. To make matters worse, since I was only there for a balance and rotation, they kept bumping me to the back. If you are going there to spend money you will get the attention you deserve. If you are going to use the warranty you already bought, good luck. This will be my last time using Discount Tire. Too many alternatives that are still willing to treat their customers like customers.
