| - I am very proud and thankful that I bought that first Groupon a year ago at Sam's Spa. I've had hundreds of massages, and by far this is not the typical massage I'm used to. What's Sam's Spa does is more therapeutic and keyed towards personal wellness. It's unfortunate my favorite therapists is no longer with the company. I've been blessed to have Sam's wife Anna work on me the last few times. She is an ex teacher at a massage school in China for numerous students. She has many years of experience, and she knows how to get in there and work out the tightness and knots that one develops from sitting all day.
I totally understand the bad reviews..Because everyone has a right to their opinion. Groupon is a way for business to advertise, and they do split 50/50 with Groupon on the deal. So that 38.00 Groupon is only worth 19.00 dollars to the business. That's a fraction what the therapists is paid and the business makes ZERO. They hope for repeat business from the Groupons and referrals.
I have never been looked down at the tips I've given. I've left 10.00 dollars, but I've left 20 more times. I've left there feeling so relaxed, and relieved from pain, I feel like going back in and doing it again. I've been know to go twice a week. Sam and Anna are very courteous nice people, business oriented, but their main focus is the customer.
I've tried a few other places in between to have my Massage/Chinese Massage in the last month, and I keep coming back to Sam's. My only request, hire more female therapists. Unfortunately I am not comfortable with a Man touching me, which is perfectly fine. THANK YOU SAM FOR ALWAYS GETTING ME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT, AND THANK YOU ANNA FOR TAKING CARE OF MY BODY, YOU ARE THE BEST :) :)
P.S. I am a real customer, not a fake review. I've been to Sam's Spa 23 times in 9 months.
