Until today I would have given this salon a 5. Today.... I came back because there was an issue that has never happened in the 7 years I have been a client of the salon. You should have: acknowledged that I had an issue and not tired to blame me for the issue I was bringing up, should have decided to fix the issue without the ruckus that was caused, and under no circumstances should have let me leave unhappy as I am. Whether I am back in 2 weeks i don't know because I have started looking for elsewhere. Customers do not deserve to be treated like that. I have never ever complained.
