  • My wife and I spent 2 hours here without anyone speaking to us at all. Then her brother shows up to see what we picked out and five minutes later a salesman walks right up to him and asks how he can help! We complained about it and some guy told us sorry, but then disappeared. We tell them which bike we want, as they go run numbers...then an hour later we are told it's on recall but they don't know why. There was another bike we wanted and they go run those numbers, then all the banks are closed. Well they weren't closed when we walked in but no one was helpful. We sat down to look at numbers if we paid cash and the price went up over $2500!!! And the guy was super rude and not looking at me, only my wife. My wife told him he should be talking to me also as we are both buying the bike and he says rudely, "you're sharing the bike?" No we aren't, it's for my wife but clearly we are buying it together and regardless of if we are sharing it or not, it's nothing to be rude about. Overall we spent over four hours here and it was for nothing. Super rude staff.
