Get in and get out, or just kick back and relax before (or after) you jet.
This airport has it all. Restaurants ranging from Bojangles (oh, whats that, you're not sure what that is because youre not from here? Not to worry. It's just a little chicken and biscuit heaven on earth in the fast-food realm.) all the way to the Mexican food. They don't lack variety when it comes to food and drinks. Plenty of options in each terminal (which are all close to each other.) Starbucks and froyo that even the Millenials can enjoy (this means me.)
This airport isn't huge, which is great. The flow of traffic on entrance and exit has greatly improved over the years, as have the parking options.
The check in process is typically quick and painless. Tip: lines are generally shorter towards C.
Rental cars are easily accessible as well as transit.
While waiting, there are shopping options as well as a large atrium filled with airy and buzzing energy as travelers pass by. You can sit in rocking chairs and charge your device if necessary or plop down at a bar for a drink, all the while listening to live piano at certain times of the day (I'm currently enjoying the sounds of Beyonce-Halo being played as I write this review.)
Definitely an airport that ranks in my top 5 favorite. Easy, average sized, charging, and FOOD.
