  • There is a middle aged white male pharmacist and he is the rudest most unprofessional person with horrible customer service!! I asked where something was located and he snapped on me. Another pharmacist tried to assist me and he snapped in them as well!! We were all looking at each other like WHOA!!!!!! Someone like him doesn't need to be working with people!!! Especially customer service!! This took place on November 16 2015 So I came again to pick up a prescription (I only came here because its literally next door to my place and I was hoping that rude guy from above wasn't working ) he wasn't working however there were 2 female pharmacist that were here and they were just as rude and not helpful at all. About 15 people waiting for prescriptions and only 2 people working so I waited 30 minutes just to stand in line for them to tell me I was in the wrong line and they told me to wait in another line which made no sense to me because it was still one of them I needed to talk to. Why couldn't she just help me???!!! Instead I stood in the other line waited for her to finish everyone that was behind me in first line for her to come and help me at the new line....WTF....NO EFFING SENSE!!! Fuck this CVS...last time for damn sure!!!
