  • I had my first experience here today for a schedule massage and it was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I have ever had . My appointment was scheduled for 6:30 pm, my massage didn't officially start until close to 7 pm. The massage therapist was extremely frazzled and it came across in her customer service. She apologized for the lateness and said she would give me the full 60 min due to starting late. At first the massage started out good despite her smashing her finger in the door right before starting. She focused on the areas I asked but eventually it felt as if she was trying to rush through it and for most of it I just felt like she was aggressively rubbing lotion on me. At about mid point of the massage she checked her phone for missed calls and messages then proceed to complain about clients who don't remember when their appointments are. As the massage winded down, she told that instead of giving me the 60 min she was going to stop 10 mins early unless I wanted her to focus on another area (why would you put that on the customer when you said you were going to give the full 60 min). She clearly heard the hesitation in my response so she gave me the last 10 mins with some additional concentration on my shoulders. At the end she said she was done and walked out and left me in the dark. I got dressed and headed out the door to find she wasn't greeting me with a glass of water like every other massage I have ever received . Needless to say I walked into this massage excited about getting a chance to relax, I walked out feeling no better than when I walked in and frustrated with the service I received.
