  • I e lived at Club Cancun for for 16 Yrs now and will continue to live here . Reasons being the Wonderful personnel service the very friendly , knowledgeable front office give you. This includes the maintenance personnel who are also friendly , fast and efficient in making repairs whenever something needs repair or replacement in the apartment, usually within 24 hrs unless it's something major etc water heater went down on me and even though it was after 10pm they came out to replace it. The grounds are kept clean, with a crew coming a few times a week to clean and give maintenance to the Beautiful flowers and bushes that are all over the complex. The pool area is clean the water warm in winter and open 24/7 365days a year, the gym is also available 24/7 365days a yr. with up to date equipment. The area is very Safe with good lighting at night , very Family friendy with a School only 3 blocks area, not to mention the 101 freeway for access to the rest of Phoenix. Then there is the Fashion center mall 5 min from here and dozens of restaurants to enjoy a great meal and cold drink . Yes Club Cancun has been my Home and I'm proud to live here. Also each aptment gets there own covered parking to keep your vechical cool out of the sun, there are also private garages available for a small extra price . Come live in Club Cancun and enjoy Apartment living the way it should be stress free , safe , clean and Family Friendly.
