  • Worst experience ever. Rode from TI to Excalibur and the meter was at 12.93. Guy pushed the button and it changed to 13.32. Fine. Gave him 20 bucks and he tried to give me 3 dollars back - um, you can't tip yourself. I was planning on tipping but it's so unprofessional to try and short change your customer. I asked him for the rest of the change and he said - it's 17 dollars. I told him the meter read 13 and he tried to yell at me. He gave me 2 more dollars then decided to tell me to get out. Rude! Never again! Lyft will forever be my go to but it wasn't loading.
