  • Have never felt so unsafe. I go into the bathroom and there's this random guy just standing there. It wasn't I told him to get out does he get out. I report it to a security guard and their response, oh well he's gone now, like seriously?! And then I'm just standing in the que line for Earl of Sandwich and some random guy just grabs me and starts trying to start a conversation with me. Completely disgusted. Have never felt so unsafe in a place of business. Shame on you planet Hollywood owners got not encouraging your staff to be more vigilant of unsavory drink individuals Just because they're drunk doesn't mean they get to make everyone else's experience unsafe. Completely disappointed.
