  • Try your best to avoid buying from here. They are only great when you are buying. But when it comes to returns, they are horrible. I was told by Michelle that they do not accept returns for beds. BEDS. We called customer service because we needed to return the box that goes under the bed. We didn't need it since we bought a bed frame, already. We were told we can do an exchange. A day later, Michelle calls me saying we cannot return OR exchange it. I can tell that she was trying to be nice, but she failed. The tone of her voice sounded more "forced" than natural. She sounded more like arguing more than understanding. Anyway, please save yourselves the trouble. Go to Ikea for more affordable goods or to RC Wiley for better quality goods. Both of those stores have a great return policy. They will not make returns a hassle.
