If there was a six star rating or higher, this dealership deserves it.
We had problems with our new Corolla and since it was purchased at this dealership, we went there. First there was a problem with the steering sensor, a couple of months later at 7,000 km, believe it or not, the transmission died in a BRAND NEW COROLLA 2014.
The dealership was extremely apologetic about this, they gave us a rental vehicle for the duration that our car was being fixed. When it was finally returned, the blue tooth and the audio system stopped working. Frustrated, we called the Service Manager, Marlin who sent his technicians with a rental car to my officeall the way to Oakville but the problem was minor and the technicians were able to fix it on the spot.
This dealership is a fine example of Superior Customer Service.
