OMG. Really? So LGO responded to my review with a picture of raw chicken they served me. I gave it a few weeks and tried something else off the menu.
There have simply been too many misfires from them for me to keep trying.

Hello Esteban, thanks for reaching out. We appreciate when our loyal fans point out something they think is below our standard. Be assured, we are very concerned about undercooked chicken. We bake the wings for two hours and always use thermometers to verify the temperature is correct before we grill them to order. Often with the high-quality chicken we use, the meat is quite pink near the bone. However, we've clearly proven we're human and have made our share of mistakes. Our culinary team is looking into the inconsistencies you described. Hi Hillary. I'm done. I just ate the most god-awful Rueben sandwich ever in my life. My daughter brought it home for me for lunch. The pastrami is black. No, not just the rind, all of it. Tastes like it's been around for a while. Same for the cole slaw. The pineapple slice garnish that came with it doesn't even taste like pineapple.
It's hugely disappointing to me that your quality has dropped so substantially. Thanks for the offer of a freebie, but I'm not interested, I just want the quality food you once provided. I'm guessing that is not going to happen.
