Purchased an area rug from this store. Picked it up, got it home and found a puncture hole through the plastic wrapping and into the rug roll that appeared to have been caused by the fork of a fork lift. Called the number I found online thinking it was the Scottsdale store. Turns out it was to the headquarters in California. He checked and found they had another in stock and it would take about five days to get it to Scottsdale. He said he will call me on Saturday for an update. I noted that since this was not my problem that they should deliver it and pick up my rug. Adamantly, he stated that will not happen. I have to perform the return and pickup. Saturday passed and no call. Drove to the store on Sunday and asked for the manager. Found him (Jim I believe) at the front of the store greeting customers. Told him of the issue. He checked and found the rug to be in the back room waiting pick-up. Told him of my issues with the Cal store. He gave us a 10% discount for our trouble and apologized for how I was treated by Cal. The guys in the back room (all four of them) were super helpful and courteous this day and the day we purchased it. The lady (Patricia) who initially waited on us was extremely helpful also. Overall, the local experience was excellent.
