  • Thankful these folks were in today, #NewYearsEve, Just took my 80-ish Mom up, (first time visitor), due to cough, fever & feeling miserable. One in waiting room, Lots of papers to fill out, less than 1hr wait. Mom was happy with demeanor & thoroughness of PA Jennifer who examined her & gave her 'scripts' to remedy her condition. We'll see, in a few days, if the diagnosis and treatment protocol works. The front receptionist, Nicole, was a little different story, nice enough, but a bit self-absorbed. She seemed quite put out that I asked for a hand towel because I found none after using the restroom and washing my hands. Although she came out with a full roll to refill the dispenser, she walked right by me & my dripping hands, never offering even a small tear-off. Thankfully, I wear cotton so I could dry my hands on my clothes, Thanks, Nicole. Hmm... wonder if You washed & dried Your hands since You were in there just before me.
