  • The store is under new management and, possibly, ownership... so the current employees are still a bit green. It took the technicians quite a while to fix my laptop as they ordered the wrong screen (which appears to be an amateur mistake). They did honor the Angie's List coupon, however, so I received a discount. They kept me informed as to the progress of repair (which helped), but they were a bit slow. I would still use this outfit as the employees are friendly and helpful. However, they may not be my first choice.
