Standard Restaurant Supply is basically a large warehouse space located right behind the Mandalay bay. The neighborhood leaves a little something to be desired, but you're not house hunting here, you're getting ready for a food battle royal. Time to shield your main entree items with industrial strength metal lids made with the same material used on the space shuttle, salad tongs that can also double as baby cow picker-upper, and cooking gloves so strong that you could juggle the hottest of hot potatoes! Some of that might be fabricated, but how else do you make restaurant supply store sound exciting? Look, if you need high-grade quality cooking stuff you'll find it here, along with a friendly staff and great weekday hours, open until 6pm. PRO TIP: Avoid buying plastic or paper cups here; it's way cheaper at Smart & Final or even Sam's Club.
