  • I contacted Keller Hearing after doing a lot of research and trying to figure out the best option for helping my grandmother who is 89 and not from the States. Dealing with the challenges of an elderly family member who can no longer hear is something not everyone understands, and the difficulties are far greater than just the financial aspects of it. I was really trying to find someone who would "get it". I reached out to Ryan and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule. He came to our home (on time) on a Sunday afternoon and was a pleasure to work with. My grandmother does not speak English, and he helped make her feel comfortable and cared for (pretty sure she now has a massive crush on him as well haha). He ensured that she did not have to move around to complete the hearing tests and really went out of his way to accommodate her needs. During the consultation, Ryan was able to give us insight as to where her hearing is at and unclogged her current hearing aid. He also provided us with options as far as next steps and outlined what he believed would be our best route. We never felt pressured to buy anything and are very appreciative of his time, expertise, and kindness. I would absolutely recommend Ryan to anyone in need of individualized assistance who is looking for professional and high quality services. Thanks again Ryan!
