I have only worked out with their trainer Heather Rike, and had a great experience! She is not like all other trainers that just want to teach you power lifting. Her background and skill expertise is amazing for helping solve injuries with fitness!
I trained with her and had a shoulder problem that I could barely lift weight above my head- due to years of pitching. She has given me great workouts to help with that and I have experienced much less pain in my shoulder and more movement! If you are looking to solve weight loss, injuries, or just get ripped- I highly recommend her!
