I come here at least once on every trip to Phoenix and now my lifetime membership card never leaves my wallet.
wait is usually an hour, which means baseball on the xbox kinect downstairs, a few racks of pool, or a beer at the main level bar.
I've taken people who have never golfed more than miniature and they loved it. the scoring, the microchip balls, the gorgeous views, drinks and food (both top notch, usually places like this skimp on the food and drinks since you are effectively trapped for a few hours).
I don't know how anyone can not love this place.
Few tips: if you are with new golfers, aim for an hour and a half to two max. once arms get tired it can get a little messy. also, people love to rent this place out (or a large portion of it), so check ahead of time and go during a time/day during the weekend that is not a charity event or company party.
