When I don't have time to go to the location at Boca Park-- the one at arroyo is my 'go to'. Because this is a boutique, expect the regular items to be a little over priced (because truth is you can find alot of the same selections with a lower price point). However, with that said they always have sales and discounts going on-- so you have a really good chance of finding a 'jewel' (so to speak) in all the selections of clothes. I have seen some customers previously comment they were being overly followed or the demeanor the employees gave was along the lines of "were watching you". My only assumptions could be: is either because of recent/on-and-off shop lifting incidents, they have trained their young employees to use certain "retail tactics" in order to hold accountability of customers OR if you've noticed (especially if you're a regular shopper at hottie) alot of their employees look like this is their first job as a high schooler or young undergrad. so alot of them might be inexperienced on how to conduct proper customer service. Regardless-- I too have had the same awkward experience(s) being followed ALOT, so management should look into how they should improve that part of their training. BUT because of their overall laid back almost "chill" vibe.....I try to overlook all of that. That and I love the sales; I almost close to never walk out of that store without purchasing something!
