  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you bought something through a deals site just call/email the site and ask for a refund or credit - you'll end up doing that anyway! I bought 2 vouchers through TeamBuy and 2 through RDeals. The first appointment they were scheduled at 9am. After NUMEROUS phone calls to the owner (who by the way couldn't care less about you, or customer service), I got a call back saying they needed to get the back up. I went back and forth with the cleaner who was going to be there "in an hour" which means 3 hours. The cleaner was nice, but he did a poor job. He dusted surfaces, but didn't "clean" them. The washroom was clean, but that was it. There were streaks on mirrors, and many of the things I asked to be done just weren't. The guy left after 3.5 hours and my voucher was for 5 hours. He said they NEVER work more than 4 hours at a time. I called the owner and asked for someone to make up the time. He scheduled some lady who ended up calling me to say she couldn't make it and complaining about the owner DOUBLE BOOKING them all the time. So I called the owner to complain - and again, he didn't care. I called NUMEROUS times after that to reschedule and didn't get a response. This Saturday I woke up to find an email from him saying I couldn't use my vouchers because they had been to my home too many times already and I had bought 7 vouchers (not true, and not true). It went on a bit more, but I can't fathom going deeper into the stupidity that followed. Just, avoid this company. I was so done with the BS I called both the deal companies and got a refund. Save your money - even if they do show up it's not worth the job they do or the hassle.
