  • I thought I would give them another shot but unfortunately I definitely will not return. I have two kids I work full time, and I am trying to get to the gym. With that being said I am normally a walk in. When I came in today I asked how long is the wait for a fill. The manager or boss told me 15 minutes after scanning the room. This worked out for me, so I picked out my color and took a seat. 20 minutes later he came to me and said quote it will be 20 more minutes. I was a bit frustrated because I had been told 15 minutes, and had already waited 20 minutes. Since I had to work I had wasted my time with this nail Salon. It's a shame because I live right off of Windsor. This is the closest location to my house. I will drive the extra distance to get the customer service that I expect.
