  • Horrible customer service. Walked in with my friend to get new tires of course. The line was so long it was to the end of the door only 3 workers inside. We were told it would be 1 1/2 half wait time for 2 tires, which was fine. We said that we would come back and if they would call us when it is ready to be pick up, they said yes not a problem. Almost three hours later, I noticed it was going to be 6 pm, they close at 6pm! So we called and they said the car was ready, and the guy stated " we didn't call you?!" Well no I have no missed calls my phones been on ring right by my side. We had to rush down the store before they closed so We would be able to get the keys and not be stranded with no car for work. Get there with 10 mins to spare and I noticed the car was on?!?!?!?! My friend goes inside to get her keys comes out and I tell her car has been on for sometime now. She goes inside and the older man, much older, is saying they were probably In a rush and they just left the car on. Or maybe they didn't know it was a push to start button?!?! Ok seriously sir it's 2016 almost 2017 . You left the car running for an unknown amount out of time!!!!! The car almost overheated its 102 degrees outside and worse the car was unlocked. The guy then said" the worse could happen to your car was wasting gas and that's it" I'm sorry my gas is premium gas not unleaded so it's not cheap and no that is not the worse that can happen to the car, besides over heating the battery,wasting premium gas, carbon monoxide poisoning, and wait the worse someone could have stolen what was inside the car and attempted to steal the Lexus. I seriously can't believe this happened. I have been going to discount tires for YEARS!!! Do not go here , they are careless with your car. One star because that what I HAVE to give.
