  • If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would start off with that. First of all as many other costumers have reviewed it, worst costumer service ever! No sense of professionalism. Luckily I did not come in with my family but one of the front desk reps, kept discussing sex stories with the mechanics. Profanity was used in each other word when no costumers were around. I was told my total estimated labor time was 40 min for tire rotation, balance, and oil change. I ended up waiting 2 hrs and 30 min. On top of that, I had to come back because the tires were not properly balanced and rotated. Stay away from this business, they will waste your time and take your money.
