  • This place came highly recommended to me. I had Debi and she was amazing. It's too bad she's moving toward the end of summer 2016! I expressed my nervousness to her since I was a first-timer and she was so great and accommodating. I don't know how else to explain it but she was just so cool and easy-going. It made the process very easy! She talked to me the whole time, gave me tips and explained what she was doing. I was nervous when I left because what if I go back and no one matches up to her?! However, (and other reviews validate this for me), it seems that they have pretty high standards and I won't fret if my schedule doesn't match up with Debi's in the future. The place was CLEAN, accommodating, sleek and very comfortable. I've been ruined: Why would I go anywhere else when my experience was 5+ stars here?! (I am ONLY upset because I live in Green Valley on the other side of town!) If you want to shop around for a less expensive place, don't. It's worth it to spend a little more at BOX. In the end, you know that there's a 99.9% chance you won't have a bad experience and for services like waxing, that's important to me! P.S. Tip: Just wait in the waiting area at the top of the stairs in LOOK Society and they will come get you. It's a small space when you go in, but no need to wait inside the door. They will come for you! I didn't figure that out right away. :P
