  • You get a 2 for 1 review here: hotel and restaurant. Great place to stay in the heart of downtown Montreal. Located a few blocks from old Montreal yet close enough to the downtown core. The good: location, location, location. Their outdoor heated pool in the winter to die for. The Bad: Pricey. The Ugly: their rooms are a bit outdated 1980's. Their restaurant Bifco not great- go to the Keg or Steak Catherine for a better meal. Could do the meal simple. Lacks imagination and taste. Also a bit pricey for that type of meal. No need to write the name of our meal. Tip: to get into their pool you swim through a tunnel into the deep end so tou need to swim well to get to the other side. Get the robes from your room to go to the pool. Lost stars due to the restaurant. $$$$
