  • 1. Everyone here (from office to the floor) is very professional and easy to work with. 2. I have never seen a company take Yelp reviews more seriously than this place. They have truly earned their high rating. 3. The tech (Jimmy) was very professional, introduced himself before the repair (rare) and explained everything I needed to know.
