  • Attempted to get quotes from them for a kitchen remodel project. Absolute chaos from the get-go. Was treated like I knew nothing about the process - which I don't. So being judged for it was completely disrespectful. Can't seem to get a callback from anyone in the kitchen design department. Trust me, if I could do the project myself - I would. *I have also already emailed the customer support email mentioned in the below comment and still haven't received a response.
