  • This place is run like a shady joint by 2 or 3 brothers. Me and my wife bought a sectional sofa from there about a month back in August 2010. The sales reps (the owners) were extremely disconnected from the start. They wanted to do a "quick sale" and not answer any questions. Their answer to everything: "you will pay 3 times more at the Brick" The problem is this: we unfortunately bought the sectional at the Brick price (yes, apparently it was the same price) and when it was delivered, the sofa sunk in! It actually collapsed. The padding was ridiculous and the quality of their products is super-low. Their response after faxing and calling themm umpteen times: It is all made in China and we cannot guarantee anything! WHAT! You are taking hard-earned money and giving a bad reason. Furniture guys like them should be banned. DO NOT BUY EVER FROM CROWN FURNITURE. Their service is VERY POOR. To this day, they have not fixed my problem.
