  • I was browsing through places I've been on yelp and I remembered Sundries. I was shocked at all these bad reviews because me and my best friend had the polar opposite experience! Lets get this out of the way: its expensive. If you check into the Wynn or the Encore, things are going to be expensive, I don't know what to tell you. We went in for souvenirs and a few necessities over the course of our two stays at the Encore. The customer service was INCREDIBLE both times!! As someone who works in customer service myself, these people treated us with respect and care. We were really looking forward to coming in and seeing what was new the second time we stayed at the encore. We even shouted it out in our little video blog. Kind, helpful people--that's what earns this place an easy 5 stars.
